About Me

My photo
I have have written various different styles of poems over the years just as a means of relaxation or and outlet of sorts. Most of these Poems have been thrown away, deleted or simply written and sent off into cyberspace never to be seen again. After a lot of consideration and some encouragement by those close to me, I am now cataloging all my latest Poems on this blog. I am also moving the Poems to http://thedreamerthewarrior.com and http://dreamerloverwarrior.blogspot.com My goal here is to begin to capture my work for others to enjoy and perhaps for me to compile into a book some day.. For now, I hope you enjoy the Poems as they come, feel free to 0ntact me anytime if you have any questions or would like to link to my site. Please respect all copy write privileges. Any and all comments are welcome and greatly appreciated. It's great to see what others feel when they read the Poems and how they may interpret them. Enjoy!

Hunter's Hunter

High above the mountains where the air grows cold and Thin
A majestic beast afloat with his rider gaunt and slim
Eyes like molten embers and the rider’s smokey grey
Ragged robes and leather wings, hunting for their prey
Gliding through the sky with a skilled and artful grace
Striking fear in the hearts of men across the human race.
Some may see these creatures in folklore books or song
But confusing these with a dragons is ever so... so wrong
Dragons may be fierce-some creatures and the story's say it's true
But dragon riders, warriors all, were human just as you.
The beast known as Kragnokai, the largest of them all
with his mated rider, Morthok a warrior of Hades halls.
Although they are not evil, they are dangerous ever still
Being most formidable and posses an unwavering will
They hunt to ends of time to catch the prey they seek
Swooping down upon them with a deafening hollow shriek
Teeth and claws and a glowing sword, gliding through the sky
Fear the hunters, hunter for these foes shall never die
